For the 2000-2001 school year Carlsbad High School students had an average SAT score of 1058. Their verbal average was 524 and math average was 534. Forty-seven percent of the eligible students tested for the SAT. These scores are very impressive compared not only with other schools in the area and state, but also nationally.
